Position Responsibilities:

• Provide care for children ages newborn to 2 years in a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate environment
   
• Assist with daily routines including diapering, feeding, and nap schedules
   
• Support age-appropriate sensory play and early learning
   
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized classroom space
   
• Communicate effectively with team members and families

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
   
• Current Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
   
• Must pass a fingerprint-based background check through the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare
   
• Completion of all state-mandated childcare licensing training within designated timeframes
   
• Experience in childcare preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
   
• Must be reliable, professional, and committed to child safety and development
