Journeyman HVAC Installer and Technicians Wanted

Our Journeymen start at $34.77 per hour, includes comprehensive Health Insurance for your entire family, two Pension programs, and a 401k, at no additional cost to you.
Must provide your own hand tools.
ALL POWER TOOLS AND SPECIALTY TOOLS, ARE SUPPLIED BY THE CONTRACTOR.
Job Summary:
Efficiently install, diagnose, repair, and/or replace existing HVAC-R systems. Effectively estimate, size and install commercial and industrial refrigerant piping and condensate systems, according to State, Local & SMACNA construction standards. Conduct start-up on commercial and industrial HVAC-R systems, according to manufacturer guidelines, and plan specifications.
Job Qualifications:
- Have a minimum of 6 years' demonstrated experience (no exceptions), in commercial HVAC.
- Direct the activities of field crew member(s) in accordance with job schedules and priorities as coordinated with field foreman/project managers/general contractors and customers.
- Provide instruction and on-the-job training to less qualified tradespersons, including but not limited to job requirements, quality, and safety.
- Have a working knowledge of local/national codes and industry standards.
- Lead, manage and support the installation of a quality products.
- Work within the guidelines of the safety and employee policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:
- Have a full range of mobility in the upper and lower body.
- Be able to reach overhead.
- Be able to work a full range of physical activities in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, kneeling, bending over, squatting, climbing, and walking for extended periods of time.
- Be able to lift 75 pounds of weight frequently throughout the assigned workday.

Education:
- High school or equivalent
- and Accredited Trade School (preferred)
- or State/National Certified Apprenticeship (preferred)

- HVAC Licenses (as required by city or state)
- EPA-Universal Certification (Required for Service Technicians)
