Review vendor invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Enter invoice details into the accounts payable system with clear and accurate coding.

Match invoices to available purchase and payment records to resolve discrepancies.

Maintain organized accounts payable files and payment documentation.

Respond to internal questions about invoice status and payment records.

Track outstanding invoices and follow up on missing information.

Prepare accounts payable data for scheduled payment processing.

Help maintain accurate records for the Accounting & Finance department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Payable Specialist should have:

Experience processing invoices and maintaining accounts payable records.

Experience reviewing invoice details and resolving data discrepancies.

Ability to enter financial information accurately and consistently.

Experience organizing payment documentation and vendor records.

Ability to manage multiple invoices while meeting processing deadlines.

Clear communication skills for working with internal contacts on invoice questions.
