Job Title: Account Executive

Location: San Francisco / New York / Remote (US only)

Compensation Range: $150k - $300k+ OTE (depending on experience, skills, location, etc.)

About the Opportunity:

Our client is a market-leading AI-powered SaaS firm backed by top-tier investors. They are disrupting the space with a proprietary solution that is already gaining massive traction. We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Account Executive to join their elite sales team and capture market share in a greenfield territory.

The Role:

As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will be responsible for driving net-new revenue by selling complex, high-value SaaS solutions to Mid-Market / Enterprise clients. This is a hunter role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be at the forefront of the AI revolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and discovery to negotiation and close
• Pipeline Generation: Proactively prospect via outbound efforts (cold calling, email, LinkedIn) to build a robust 4x pipeline
• Solution Selling: Conduct deep discovery to understand client pain points and articulate the ROI of our client's AI-driven solution
• Stakeholder Management: Navigate complex organizations to engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers
• Forecasting: Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and provide reliable revenue forecasts

Requirements:

• Experience: 3–7 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience (experience selling AI, Data, or Infrastructure solutions is a major plus)
• Track Record: Consistent history of exceeding quota ($1M+ ARR) and winning new logos
• Hunter Mentality: A self-starter with a relentless drive to find and close new business
• Consultative Approach: Ability to sell value over features and translate technical concepts into business outcomes
• Location: Ability to work from one of our client's hubs (SF or NY) or (remotely from anywhere in the US for exceptional candidates)
