💰 $85,000–$95,000 Base | $120,000–$140,000 OTE

OJ Digital is partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed technology company transforming how businesses organise and book corporate travel, team retreats and group events.

We're looking for an ambitious Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment and enjoys taking ownership of deals from initial enquiry through to close.

This is an opportunity to join a growing commercial team, work closely with experienced founders and develop your sales career in a business with significant growth ambitions.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle, from initial enquiry and discovery through to negotiation and signed contract.
• Manage a high volume of inbound opportunities, progressing deals efficiently through the pipeline.
• Conduct discovery and qualification calls with HR, People Operations, executive assistants and business leaders.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals, negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting and CRM records using HubSpot.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Generate outbound opportunities during quieter periods, working alongside the wider sales team.
• Share customer feedback to help improve the product and sales processes.

✅ What We're Looking For

• Minimum 12 months of continuous Account Executive experience in a single role, within B2B technology, SaaS, travel technology or hospitality solutions.
• Proven experience personally owning and closing deals against a sales quota.
• Experience managing a high-volume, transactional sales pipeline with relatively short sales cycles.
• Strong discovery, negotiation, objection-handling and closing skills.
• Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Comfortable using CRM systems to manage pipeline activity and sales performance.
• Self-motivated, resilient and comfortable operating autonomously in a remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable:

• Experience in a startup or high-growth technology business.
• Familiarity with corporate travel, hospitality technology, event management or related markets.
• Experience selling to HR, People Operations, office management or operational decision-makers.

💰 Package & Benefits

• Base salary: $85,000–$95,000.
• On-target earnings: $120,000–$140,000.
• Fully remote working across eligible US time zones.
