The Opportunity

HireDNA is partnering with an established B2B SaaS company seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.

This opportunity is ideal for a results-driven SaaS sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-velocity sales environment, consistently generates their own pipeline, and knows how to close business.

You'll join a growing organization where you can make a meaningful impact, work closely with senior leadership, and take ownership of the entire sales process.

What You'll Do

• Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing.
• Build and manage a predominantly self-sourced pipeline without dedicated SDR support.
• Drive new customer acquisition across SMB and mid-market accounts.
• Manage a high volume of opportunities with deal sizes typically ranging from $10,000 to $25,000 and sales cycles of 1 to 2 months.
• Lead effective discovery conversations, handle objections, secure next steps, and consistently advance opportunities toward closing.
• Leverage digital prospecting tools and modern sales techniques to identify, engage, and convert prospective customers.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and accelerate revenue growth.

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record of success in a full cycle B2B SaaS Account Executive role.
• Demonstrated experience closing SaaS deals in the $10,000 to $25,000 range with 1 to 2 month sales cycles.
• Strong SMB and mid-market selling experience in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
• Proven ability to independently generate pipeline and close new business without relying on SDR support.
• Strong closing instincts, objection handling skills, and ability to consistently secure next steps.
• Experience leveraging digital sales tools, prospecting platforms, and modern outbound techniques.
• Consistent quota attainment and demonstrated success in new logo acquisition.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial environment.
