Summit School Services is a leading provider of student and charter transportation services across North America, with more than 250 local Customer Service Centers.

We're looking for a Charter Account Executive to grow charter transportation business across Northern California, Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. Must live within the assigned region.

This role is ideal for an experienced outside sales, B2B sales, transportation sales, territory sales, logistics sales, hospitality sales, or business development professional who knows how to prospect, build relationships, and close new business.

Responsibilities

• Develop new charter and group transportation sales across Northern California, Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.
• Prospect through cold calling, networking, referrals, events, and local outreach.
• Build relationships with schools, colleges, sports organizations, event companies, tour operators, corporate clients, and community organizations.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and discovery calls.
• Prepare quotes and proposals and negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms.
• Manage opportunities from prospecting through close.
• Grow existing accounts, repeat business, and charter transportation revenue.
• Partner with Operations on scheduling, vehicle availability, service requirements, and customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline, follow-up, and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience.
• Experience in outside sales, B2B sales, business development, territory sales, transportation sales, or Account Executive roles.
• Proven success in prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing new business.
• Experience using a CRM to manage leads, opportunities, and sales activity.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel throughout Northern California, Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.

Experience in charter transportation, school transportation, motorcoach, passenger transportation, logistics, hospitality, travel and tourism, events, or corporate transportation is preferred but not required.
