Want to make a difference with families facing homelessness and work with our community? The Service Integration – Navigation program has an opportunity for a Resources and Services Navigator . The ideal candidate will work closely with our community partners and create plans with families that promote stability, self-sufficiency, health, and safety so that children may be cared for in their own homes or in the homes of relatives. The position is located in our Pocatello office.The Idaho Department of Health & Welfare is a drug-free workplace. In addition, successful candidates will be required to complete a criminal history background investigation. This is typically gained by a bachelor's degree or higher in a human services field (social work, education, nursing, psychology, counseling, sociology, etc.) OR at least three years of work experience as a human services professional (e.g. social worker, counselor, rehabilitation specialist, etc.) assisting individuals and families with accessing community resources including benefits and services.Experience in case management .
