Follow operating procedures, support production or maintenance activities, monitor quality and safety requirements, and report operational issues promptly. Follow guidance, learn established processes, and build consistent quality and productivity in assigned tasks.

Reliable and safety-conscious professional who can follow procedures, work accurately, and contribute effectively within an operations team. Willingness to learn and receive feedback is important.

Exposure to manufacturing environments, equipment operation, preventive maintenance, quality systems, or lean practices. Additional practical exposure to the role is an advantage.
