Position Purpose The Warehouse Associate/Backup Driver is responsible for accurately and safely stocking, organizing, and managing warehouse inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and supporting daily shipping and receiving of orders. The role ensures materials are handled efficiently and safely to support timely customer deliveries.Key Responsibilities Stock and organize products safely and accurately.Pull and prepare customer orders for pick‑up or delivery.Load and unload delivery trucks.Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.Rotate stock and report any damaged or missing items.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.Provide backup driving for non‑regulated vehicles when required.Travel Requirements Minimal to none; the role is primarily based in the branch/warehouse.Physical Requirements Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds continuously throughout the workday.
