Machinery Maintenance

Maintenance Machinery Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and machinery to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous manufacturing operations. This role supports production by minimizing downtime and improving equipment reliability.

Temp-to-Hire position

$ 27.00 / hour

Full Time work available

First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on production equipment

Perform preventative maintenance on machinery to reduce downtime and extend equipment life

Diagnose equipment failures using schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools

Install, adjust, and align machinery components to meet operational standards

Respond quickly to breakdowns and complete repairs to keep production running efficiently

3+ years of experience maintaining and repairing industrial or production machinery

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

Experience with preventative maintenance programs and troubleshooting equipment failures
