OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing residential and/or commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality service.**Sign-On Bonus:** We are pleased to offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus for qualified, experienced HVAC Service Technicians joining our team. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
