EMCOR Group - - Responsibilities: Manage operation and maintenance of chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, cooling towers, pumps, and building automation systems; Develop and execute mechanical maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life; Monitor thermal performance and optimize cooling efficiency across the facility; Support mechanical design reviews, commissioning, and capacity planning; Lead mechanical incident investigations and implement corrective actions
