Part-Time Compliance & Quality Coordinator We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance & Quality Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis (approximately 25 hours per week) at our Pocatello Home Care office. This position offers flexible scheduling between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities * Work closely with supervisors to review and maintain staff documentation for compliance * Update and manage client authorizations within our software system * Perform audits of charts and progress notes * Assist in developing and tracking corrective action plans * Conduct client and employee satisfaction surveys * Review and audit service plans for accuracy and compliance * Help prepare documentation for state inspections and audits * Maintain Home Care binders and ensure documentation standards are met * Stay up to date with program policies, procedures, and regulations * Support additional quality assurance and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications * Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills * Minimum of 1 year of related experience preferred * High school diploma or equivalent required * Reliable transportation * Ability to pass a background check and drug screening * Strong computer proficiency * Team-oriented with a willingness to support others * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Join one of Idaho's leading home care providers and be part of a team that values quality, compliance, and exceptional service.
