Buckle - - Responsibilities: Develop skills and assist in leading, directing, motivating and educating new Teammates to meet Buckle's accountability, shift orientation, loss prevention and sales presentation standards on a daily basis; Act as Store Manager in absence of Store Manager and supervise Teammates; Maintain store standards of excellence and ensure sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing; Manage visual merchandizing and product categories including denim, shoes, promotions and supplies; Collaborate with Store Manager to recruit, interview, train, and onboard new Teammates and prepare them for responsibilities
