Are you passionate about shaping the future of a dynamic workforce? Join our Pocatello plant as an HR Business Partner, where you'll collaborate with plant operation leaders to cultivate individual and organizational growth. We're seeking a dedicated professional to lead our HR initiatives, focusing on employee development, talent acquisition, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and guidance on matters related to talent management, organizational change, employee and labor relations, and engagement. You'll be at the forefront of directing the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits administration, and policy enforcement.

Education and Experience
Preferred Qualifications master's or MBA; B.S. degree in HR Management, Business, Psychology, or related field. 7 – 10 years' experience demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility as a HR Manager and or Business Partner. Strong oral and written communication skills and experience with labor relations. Experience working in union and non-union manufacturing environment. Experience with driving employee engagement and positive employee relations with all levels of employees. Strong professional maturity / judgment and accustomed to dealing with confidential situations.
Preferred experience and mastery with Excel.
