Perform as the table operator in the cheese making process. Responsible for testing, addition of ingredients, and running of equipment associated with the tables. Essential Functions Maintain records and paperwork accurately Take samples in a timely manner Communicate regularly with shift TL Ensure cheese quality meets customer specifications Make changes to table times as needed or as instructed Stay current with SOPs as equipment and process changes Monitor equipment Take p. Perform salt addition Safely handle, measure, mix, and dispose of cleaning and sanitizing chemicals used in the Clean-In-Place (CIP) process in accordance with established procedures, safety data sheets (SDS), and company safety policies.
