Ross Stores - 1746 Hurley Drive - Responsibilities: Greet customers and assist them with merchandise in a courteous and knowledgeable manner; Assist customers with merchandise and respond to customer questions; Maintain clean and organized store areas including sweeping, mopping, dusting, restocking restrooms, and disinfecting high-touch areas; Expedite newly received merchandise to the sales floor and merchandise items per guidelines; Follow MOS policies and loss prevention standards and handle cash, checks, and refunds accurately
