We are looking for a part time Quality Assurance Coordinator to work 25 hours per week in our Pocatello Home Care Office. Flexible hours anytime between 8:30am 5:00 pm.
Job Duties
Coordinating with Supervisor & oversee staff documentation to ensure compliance
Updating client authorizations in Software
Audit charts & progress notes
Putting together corrective actions
Conducting client & employee Surveys
Service plan auditing
Prepare for state audits
Home Care Binder & document compliance
Knowing and monitoring program policies, procedures and regulations
Assist with any other Quality Assurance or office related duties as requested
Qualifications
MUST be extremely detailed oriented.
At least 1+ year of related experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation
Clean background check and drug screen
Must have excellent computer skills.
Team player and willing to pitch in.
Great attitude
Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
