A company is looking for an Environmental and Social Management System and Gender Equity Specialist.Key ResponsibilitiesCo-manage program execution, including workplans and stakeholder coordinationLead annual report preparation on ESMS/GE systems and develop training materialsCollaborate with stakeholders to promote tool adoption and best practices implementationRequired QualificationsMaster's degree in business, environmental or social sciences, economics, sustainability, or related fields6+ years of experience in environmental and social due diligence and program managementExperience in ESG/sustainability consulting or development finance preferredFamiliarity with sustainability guidelines and frameworks such as IFC Performance StandardsExperience in the design and implementation of Environmental & Social Management Systems
