Fresenius Medical Care - 333 Knudsen Boulevard - Responsibilities: Functions as part of the dialysis health care team to provide safe and effective dialysis therapy under supervision; Set up and operate hemodialysis machines; Monitor patients' response to dialysis therapy and vital signs during treatment; Record treatment data accurately on Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet and related documentation; Maintain infection control and environmental cleanliness between treatments
