What We Offer

- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment (motors, conveyors, pumps, etc.)
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
- Work with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives
- Experience in maintenance within manufacturing or industrial settings
- Skills in welding, machining, electrical repair, or fabrication
- Ability to work independently and solve complex problems
- Willingness to work in a physically active, fast-paced environment
- Night Shift: Sunday-Tuesday + every other Wednesday (shift differential included)
- Day Shift: Sunday-Tuesday + every other Wednesday
