Job Description
As a member of the Business Development Team, the HR Integration Partner plays a critical role in supporting Alliance Animal Health's growth through acquisitions. This position leads and supports the end-to-end HR lifecycle for mergers and acquisitions, including HR due diligence, integration planning, and post-close employee assimilation.
The role partners closely with HR and Operations leadership teams to ensure smooth transitions for newly partnered hospitals. This individual will support the successful onboarding of new teams by implementing HR programs, aligning policies and procedures, and integrating benefits and payroll systems.
