Job Description:

Vitalant is seeking a Donor Outreach Coordinator dedicated to making a positive difference. Your impact as a Donor Outreach Coordinator is vital. You will support Vitalant's life saving mission by actively engaging with current, previous and potential donors to schedule their next blood donation at a local blood drive.

What to Expect: Salary Range: $16.40-$16.67 per hour

Schedule:

• Training if four week, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM- 5:30 PM (AZ Time) with 100% attendance required .
  
• After training, you will be assigned one of the following shifts (Arizona Time)
  
• Tuesday-Saturday | 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (8% shift differential for Saturday)
• Sunday-Thursday | 10:30 AM- 7:00 PM (8% shift differential for Sunday)

• Retain donors by scheduling donation appointments, resolving customer service concerns, and consistently providing excellent customer service.
• Code donor records appropriately based on the information provided by donor and management.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• One year of customer service experience preferred
• Call center experience preferred
