Field Project Manager (Customer-Facing Project Manager)

About the Role
We are seeking a Field Project Manager to lead execution of transformer installation, commissioning, warranty, and field modification projects at customer sites.
This is a hybrid role combining structured office-based project engineering responsibilities in Roanoke with planned field deployment during key execution phases (installation, oil processing, testing, energization, warranty response).
The role requires strong commercial awareness, technical understanding of power equipment, and confident leadership onsite.
Travel requirement: Approximately 30–50%, depending on project phase.
