Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Application and Data Services Manager to support our client in the financial services industry. This position has the exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team and oversee critical commercial loan servicing applications, driving process optimization and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
Requirements:

• Strong background with core banking applications
• 8+ years leading banking application teams
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt or equivalent experience with data/statistical analysis
• Deep subject-matter expertise in Commercial Loan Servicing, with hands-on experience supporting and maintaining commercial loan servicing platforms (especially CLS/ACBS)
• Hands-on support experience with major commercial loan servicing systems, including AFS, CLS/ACBS, Aspire, Stucky, and DataScan

Desired:

• Master's degree preferred

Responsibilities:

• Oversee commercial loan servicing applications
• Manage application changes, upgrades, integrations, and conversions
• Lead and develop a high-performing team (BSAs, System Analysts, etc.)
• Plan and monitor technical resources and project delivery
• Ensure timely delivery of enhancements and projects
• Partner with Operations and business lines on process optimization
• Manage BAU production support and vendor relationships
• Define, track, and improve SLAs and KPIs using data analysis

The hourly pay range for this position is $75 - $80, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
