Our employees are key ingredients to our success, and as the Senior Manager of Talent, United States you will be responsible for driving the integrated talent agenda for the BU. In partnership with the Head of Talent & Culture for North America, you will deliver talent solutions that support the Americas business and strategy in alignment with the global HR strategy. You will serve as the talent management expert for the BU responsible for implementing, designing, or adapting regional and local talent initiatives grounded in global strategy that meet the local business needs. Key areas of focus include Performance, Talent & Succession Planning, Talent Assessment & Development initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in driving the region's People strategy and shaping the future success of our organization through impactful talent practices.

Core Responsibilities

  • Talent Strategy Delivery: Translates enterprise talent strategy into integrated talent roadmaps and annual operating plan tied to the needs of the US business unit
  • Succession Planning & Strategic Talent Reviews: In partnership with the Head of Talent & Culture, delivers regional strategic talent review and succession planning processes to identify and cultivate high-potential (HiPo) talent, drive performance and ensure organizational continuity.
  • Talent Assessment & Development: Identifies targeted solutions to accelerate the growth of critical talent. Manages executive coaching and assessments for the region aligned to the global CoE strategy. Acts as a strategic partner to the Capability Lead for North America.
  • Proactive Pipelining: Work with Talent Acquisition and People Lead partners to identify and plan for workforce needs across Mondelēz based on Business Unit requirements - responsible for managing the talent pipeline, identifying future requirements, and prioritizing pipelining for our critical talent segments.
  • Data Analytics & Insights: Defines KPIs and success measures for talent solutions, using dashboards to analyze trends and inform broader talent strategy decisions. Identifies data needs and metrics on overall talent health. Assesses those metrics to glean insights from data to shape strategy and measure impact.
  • Culture: Work with Culture Lead for North America to drive engagement and inclusion agenda and deliver an integrated talent management experience.
  • Strategic Partnership: Acts as a trusted advisor to regional and functional People Leads (HRBPs) and business leaders, providing guidance on talent application and decision-making. Navigate regional, functional, brand, and cultural nuances to foster a unified global approach to core talent practices and processes while meeting local needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stays current on business/industry/talent trends. Drives continuous improvement of talent practices and programs, ensuring they remain innovative, efficient, and aligned with evolving business needs.
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience: Broad HR experience, with a heavy focus on talent management/organizational development
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Development. A master's degree in I/O Psychology or an MBA is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS), specifically Workday, and employee experience platforms like Glint.

  • Project Management: ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.


Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $140,300 to $192,940; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
