Responsibilities
- Assist clients in identifying and purchasing residential properties that meet their needs and budget
- Conduct market research and provide clients with up-to-date information on available properties and market trends
- Schedule and conduct property showings, highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers
- Negotiate purchase offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms
- Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth transaction process
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and answer any questions throughout the buying process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business
- Valid real estate license in the state of Texas
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Buyers Agent or in a similar real estate role
- Strong knowledge of the Sulphur Springs real estate market and surrounding areas
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and transactions simultaneously
- Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule to accommodate client needs
