Duration: 3-4 month contract
Compensation Range: $35 - $41/hr W2

Job Description:
The Event Production Project Manager will support the planning and execution of experiential marketing initiatives, with a focus on pop-up events and brand activations. This role is responsible for managing event production end-to-end, including vendor coordination, logistics, timelines, and ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with brand and campaign goals.

This individual will partner closely with marketing, brand, and creative teams to bring campaigns to life through engaging, on-the-ground experiences. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong background in experiential events and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute experiential events including pop-ups and brand activations
  • Manage end-to-end event production (logistics, timelines, execution)
  • Source, coordinate, and manage vendors and external partners
  • Track and manage event budgets (~$200K)
  • Build and maintain detailed project timelines and run-of-show documents
  • Oversee setup and tear-down for events, including on-site execution (NYC events)
  • Partner with marketing, brand, and creative teams to align on campaign goals
  • Coordinate production of branded assets (signage, displays, physical activations)
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and timelines to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, or brand activations
  • Proven experience executing pop-up events, experiential campaigns, or live activations
  • Strong vendor management and coordination experience
  • Hands-on experience with event logistics and on-site execution
  • Experience managing budgets, ideally 6-figure ($100K ) initiatives
  • Background working at an experiential or creative agency preferred
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, brand, and creative teams
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment
  • Professional, outgoing, and adaptable demeanor
