Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on W2.
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in using online reservation systems for travel arrangements.
  • Experience supporting VP level/ C-Suite would be preferred.
  • Presentation skills will be crucial - Will help with all team meetings.
  • Meeting facilitation - Scheduling and running PowerPoint presentations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Calendar, Slack, Box.
  • This role will support a VP within our Technology organization. They will also provide support to two senior directors under VP.
  • Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong computer skills for creating high-quality presentations under tight deadlines.
  • This is not leave coverage. Possibility to apply for an FTE opening down the road.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Perform general office functions such as maintaining files, arranging meetings, and handling mail.
  • Coordinate a full range of meeting, event, and travel arrangements, including venue selection and catering.
  • Prepare special reports and presentations by gathering and compiling relevant information.
