Join Our Team as a Pharmacist!

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to provide exceptional customer service and support in our pharmacy department. Your role will focus on ensuring safe prescription fulfillment, compliant practices, and fostering a welcoming environment for both customers and associates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fulfill customers' prescription needs
• Administer vaccines as required
• Offer patient counseling and pharmaceutical care
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including HIPAA
• Maintain a professional image and workspace according to pharmacy standards
• Understand the local trade area, its customers, and competition
• Promote a positive department image through excellent service and teamwork
• Oversee inventory management and adhere to company policies
• Maintain precise records for controlled substances and pharmacy procedures
• Utilize accuracy tools for prescription verification
• Develop and maintain organized reference materials for staff
• Ensure proper signage and organization within the pharmacy
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance pharmacy knowledge
• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage stress appropriately
• Demonstrate integrity with customer and business information
• Provide support to diverse groups, including minors and individuals with special needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• Current state pharmacist license in good standing
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Basic proficiency in mathematics
• Ability to manage stressful situations with composure

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of retail pharmacy experience
• Proficiency in a second language
