As a member of the Pro Customer Service and Sales team, you will:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Pro customers
• Drive sales proactively by utilizing product knowledge and loyalty programs
• Meet monthly sales goals and other performance metrics
• Assist customers at the Pro Desk, manage deliveries, and offer specialized paint and product knowledge
• Collaborate to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
• Resolve delivery issues and effectively communicate Home Depot's competitive advantages
• Support store goals by monitoring inventory and executing sales initiatives
