As a Sales Sleep Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers in finding their ideal mattress and enhancing their overall sleep quality. Job Responsibilities:

• Establish a customer-first environment by fostering strong relationships.
• Provide expert guidance and product knowledge to customers.
• Meet and exceed sales performance targets while embodying company values.
• Maintain customer relationships before and after purchase, including issue resolution and delivery reminders.
• Stay informed about competitor offerings and market trends.
• Utilize social media effectively to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
• Capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling over 50 pounds.

Compensation:

Competitive salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Leadership and individual contributor roles may also be eligible for additional bonus opportunities, which are awarded at the company's discretion.
