Job description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will support callers by answering inbound inquiries, providing accurate information, and assisting individuals with their requests in alignment with program standards and policies.
You will handle calls from the general public, prospective enrollees, and individuals assisting others, ensuring excellent customer service in a compliance-driven environment.
You will work remotely but must have a quiet, private workspace and reliable high-speed internet to support contact center operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with maintaining and reviewing case files, filing electronically, and making inbound and outbound calls with customers.
Sort, screen, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
Escalate non-routine customer issues to tier 2 Admins.
Working in a team environment, communicate and coordinate with colleagues, as necessary.
Additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience.
