What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide exceptional customer support on the primary temporary housing line for policyholders, adjusters, and partners
  • Handle inbound calls and process hotel extensions while ensuring quality service
  • Accurately enter new housing claims into the system and manage related inquiries
  • Update and maintain the hotel database, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Audit hotel folios for billing accuracy and retrieve necessary receipts

What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in claims processing or related business experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Working knowledge of billing and reconciliation systems, claim systems, and insurance products
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and analytical skills, particularly in MS Excel
