Salary: $55,000 Base + Commission

Reports To: Sr. Director of Sales and Marketing

Job Summary:

Fit for the Role:

The Junior Account Executive will play a crucial role on our growing Sales team and driving customer engagement. You will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This role collaborates closely with the Marketing team, President, and Customer Success team and has lots of opportunity for growth. Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Prepare detailed proposals and sales contracts for customers, follow up, and close deals
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Attend industry events and conferences

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 1+ years of experience in SaaS sales or account management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to independently plan, organize, and prioritize sales initiatives, projects, and performance objectives with clearly defined metrics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
