Job Details

Hire Resolve is assisting chemical, manufacturing, and process-driven organizations in hiring experienced process and chemical engineering professionals. These roles support capital projects, process optimization, safety, and production performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize processes through mass/energy balances, modeling, and data analysis
• Lead or support PHA/HAZOP, MOC, and process safety initiatives
• Develop PFDs, P&IDs, equipment sizing, and technical specifications
• Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and EHS teams

Requirements

• BS in Chemical Engineering (or closely related)
• 7–15+ years in process engineering within chemical, refining, pharma, or manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of process safety management and documentation
• Familiarity with Aspen/HYSYS is a plus (role dependent)
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
