Role Overview

Senior Customer Service Coordinators are tasked with providing the best customer service. They listen, understand customer needs, problem?solve, and deliver a wow experience that deepens relationships and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Advocate for customers, problem?solve, and own issue resolution in alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements. Handle complaints and escalated situations and use de?escalation techniques.
  • Investigate customer concerns, help create and implement process improvements, and report trending customer issues.
  • Support other customer service associates, guide them to solve customer concerns, and provide in?the?moment feedback.

Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of customer service or call center experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the financial industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience in escalations.

Work from Home Technology Requirements
  • Secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions.
  • Reliable private internet connection not supplied via cellular data or hotspot.
  • Private network that is password?protected and you have control of every device.
  • Internet service must be provided by cable or fiber ISP. Hotspots and satellite services prohibited.
  • VPN download speeds of at least 5?Mbps, 10?Mbps preferred.
  • Both wired and WiFi connections acceptable if speed and security criteria met.

Location and Internet Requirements

Candidates must live within 100 mile radius of any of the listed ZIP codes and maintain network?compatible internet access. Living or working beyond the 100?mile radius or in California is not acceptable.
