Potandon Produce is looking for a full-time Production Line Team Lead to join our dedicated team in American Falls, ID. ABOUT THIS PRODUCTION LINE TEAM LEAD JOB

This position operates on a Monday through Friday schedule from 7 am to 4 pm, with the possibility of overtime during peak production periods.

As the Production Line Team Lead, you will support daily operations by coordinating team activities and assisting with the efficient operation of the assigned packing or production lines. You will monitor product quality, ensure pallet tagging is accurate, and guarantee that packaging meets our rigorous standards throughout the shift. Effective communication will be key as you relay goals, schedule changes, and quality expectations to your team. You will assist the team with daily line organization, crew assignments, and workflow coordination while embodying a strong commitment to safety protocols and proper handling procedures. Throughout the day, you will verify the correct labeling and product codes used for each order, record production counts, and maintain an organized work area-stepping in to perform general production or warehouse duties as needed.

Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are strongly preferred. Experience in a production or packing environment is also a plus.
