Communicate with patients, including phone calls. Locating patient addresses and arranging transportation services. Communicates with BMH staff in appropriate/professional manner. Is always friendly/helpful to patients and BMH staff. Demonstrates knowledge of BMH providers and services. Follows "door to door" policy. Keeps company vehicle clean and maintained. Communicates any needed repairs or maintenance to the Engineering Manager. Ensures timely pickup and drop off of patients to and from appointments. Manages own time according to transportation schedule, to limit overtime whenever possible. Completes time logs and transportation logs accurately. Follows Dress Code. Attends mandatory meetings. Maintains patient confidentiality. Knows Patient Rights. Obeys all traffic laws while operating company vehicle.
