The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in welding and metal fabrication, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities: Perform MIG welding Fabricate metal parts and structures based on blueprints, drawings, or verbal instructions Operate cutting, bending, and forming equipment as needed Inspect finished welds and fabricated parts for accuracy and quality Maintain a clean and safe work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals and deadlines are met Qualifications: 2 years of welding experience preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team Must be able to reliably commute or live in/near Pocatello Preferred Skills (not required): Experience with structural or heavy steel fabrication Forklift operation or other shop equipment certifications 1449Poky Express Office: Pocatello 850 North 5th Avenue Pocatello, ID 83201
