Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer contacts in a competitive and fast-paced environment
  • Influence customer purchasing decisions by promoting a suite of TV, internet, and wireless products and services
  • Maintain customer relationships with honesty and integrity during every interaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets

Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a quota-carrying sales role
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus
  • Must demonstrate a competitive spirit, determination, resilience, and persuasive personality
  • Ability to work full-time, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
  • Must have a smartphone/device with an active network connection and a suitable home workspace

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a sales role within the telecommunications industry
  • Strong growth mindset and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
