Duties and Responsibilities
Post and manage job openings, screen candidates, facilitate phone/video interviews, and oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Respond to employees' HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
Coordinate meetings with executives to discuss HR initiatives, policies, and compliance updates.
Manage Group Health Insurance, Workers' Compensation, and Unemployment Benefits programs.
Research, monitor, and update federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
Maintain and update employee manuals, HR documentation, and personnel records.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis and reporting to identify trends, assess performance, and uncover opportunities for improvement; prepare regular reports and dashboards for management.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for future performance.
Develop and maintain financial models to support planning, performance evaluation, and outcome projections.
Provide strategic support by delivering analytical insights that inform key business and investment decisions.
Assess financial risks and assist in the development of mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to collect and verify financial data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
Perform other HR and finance-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bilingual in Korean and English (Native proficiency in Korean required)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Motivated self-starter and strong team player
Highly Preferred:
Experience with QuickBooks and tax management
Financial background or relevant work experience in finance or accounting
