Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with administrators, faculty, and students to understand their needs and goals
  • Develop and document tailored Customer Success plans based on stakeholder requirements
  • Advocate for customers by managing and resolving issues effectively
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance customer engagement with the product
  • Provide high-level service and innovative solutions to meet business needs

Qualifications

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Prior experience in customer success management
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong relational intelligence and strategic thinking abilities
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Demonstrated experience in developing customer success strategies
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
  • Previous experience in a role that required high levels of collaboration and relationship building
