What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Handle inbound calls, scheduling visits, and customer enrollment across multiple platforms
• Educate customers about program offerings and provide technical support as needed
• Utilize support scripts and guidelines to assist customers effectively
• Maintain performance metrics and personal progress data in real time

What is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role
• Ability to type 35+ words per minute
• No attendance or punctuality concerns
