Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and politely
  • Manage front desk activities including scheduling appointments and maintaining visitor logs
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages effectively
  • Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about our roofing and restoration services
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Support administrative staff with various tasks and projects as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
  • A warm and approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
