What Were Looking For

Were seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a proven track record in driving Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives. Youll play a key role in creating and qualifying opportunities by targeting prospective and existing clients. Success in this role requires exceeding key performance metrics while working closely with Account Managers to nurture the sales pipeline and guide prospects through the buyers journey.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Development & Prospecting:

  • Identify key accounts within the existing client base.
  • Nurture and grow a qualified sales pipeline using phone, email, and social media prospecting campaigns.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to solicit new business opportunities.
  • Research contact details for leads and manage prospect data in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Execute weekly and monthly sales campaigns and cadences through CRM tools.
  • Maintain regular interaction with prospects to generate sales-qualified leads (SQLs).

Sales Collaboration:

  • Partner with Account Managers to coordinate outreach and manage the buyers journey.
  • Effectively manage and overcome objections during prospecting conversations.
  • Support sales initiatives by delivering on activity-based KPIs tied to weekly and monthly goals.
  • Provide vendor escalation paths and communicate updates to customers as needed.

Reporting & Administration:

  • Track and maintain pipeline activities, opportunities, and outcomes using CRM tools.
  • Record sales performance data and generate reports to support campaign execution.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to opportunity creation, outreach, and lead conversion.
What Youll Bring

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative or inside sales role, preferably within SaaS or recurring revenue models.
  • Experience in phone, email, and social media prospecting.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs and performance metrics.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and tools like SalesLoft (preferred but not required).
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional time management and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Sales-driven, self-motivated, and resourceful team player with a strong work ethic.
