What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase the value of services sold
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
  • Analyze data on service usage and trends to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on the state of the services business

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in business or a technical discipline such as engineering or computer science; MBA is preferred
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience in Services Product Management
  • Proven track record of successfully launching new products or services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating ideas clearly and persuasively
