About the role
The Senior Technical Product Manager, Integrations role at Human Interest is responsible for managing the roadmap for Human Interests portfolio of payroll provider integrations. Payroll provider integrations are the backbone of Human Interests go-to-market motion. They allow us to offer retirement plans to companies in the first place, and automate critical functions that would otherwise result in work for our customers and operations teams.
You will own the product strategy for integrations, lead the roadmap for a dedicated engineering team, and directly manage a product operations team who is dedicated to integration health. You will report directly to our Senior Director of Technology.

Compensation - At Human Interest, base salary ranges from $180,000 to $200,000, plus additional compensation components may be offered. Base salary is determined by location, relevant skills, and experience. All employees are offered a robust suite of physical, financial, and mental wellness benefits. We do not inquire about salary history or criminal history prior to a conditional offer of employment.
