What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Design and develop product features and core components utilizing large language models (LLMs)
• Lead the integration of AI models into scalable, customer-centric applications
• Collaborate with product managers, customers, and engineering teams to solve complex problems
• Work with AI researchers and data scientists to enhance model quality based on feedback
• Mentor junior engineers and elevate engineering standards through design sessions and code reviews

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python, C#)
• 4+ years of experience in open-source frameworks
• 3+ years of experience in architecture and design of new and current systems
• 3+ years of experience in building AI/ML products, particularly with LLMs
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Contributions to open-source AI frameworks or a portfolio showcasing applied AI projects
• 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and navigate complex challenges
